A government issued ID/ Birth Certificate must be presented and a parent/legal guardian MUST be present with their ID. Ages 6 years old – 13 years old can only have earlobe piercings. Minors 14 years and older can get nostril, navel, and cartilage piercings. 18+ for all other piercings.
